Dr. Cassandra Suggs is a Columbus, Ohio native and has been an active Family Medicine Physician since 1994. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from The Ohio State University and her Doctor of Medicine degree from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. She completed her Family Practice Residency at Grant Medical Center and has been practicing at Metropolitan Family Care, Incorporated since 1997. Dr. Suggs is passionate about developing partnerships with her patients to promote preventative health care, patient education, and mental health. Her commitment to these areas extends to her active involvement in addiction medicine. In 2018, she was certified to participate in the Medication-Assisted Treatment Program for substance abuse and has since provided support for those seeking recovery from opiate abuse through Arizona Counseling and Consultation.
